雑穀をすくう手
「つぶつぶ」は、

雑穀が主役の健康でおいしい新感覚のベジタリアン食スタイルを

表す言葉に成長しました。
つぶつぶを掬ったときに伝わってくる

温もりとエネルギー、

大喜びで水を吸い込むつぶつぶ、

ふたを開けたときに顔を包む湯気、

ふっくらとおしくらまんじゅうしながら

炊きあがった輝く粒たち、

 

雑穀料理シーンゆげ

野菜を手にしたときに感じる大地の躍動、

わたしの手の中で形を変えて行く姿、

海のエネルギーを宿した塩を一振り、

鍋の中で、多様な個性がハモって

新しいおいしさが生まれていく過程のワクワク感、
そして、

つぶつぶ雑穀と野菜が鍋の中で出会い、

そして生まれる「いま」「ここ」のおいしさは、

言葉に表せない感動に満ちています。

「料理って、こんなに楽しかったんだ！」

私の手から、

世界で誰も味わったことのない

創作レシピが、次々と生まれていく。

食べると、みんなの

顔がパーッと明るくなって

目が輝きます。

 

その満足そうな笑顔を見ると

また幸せになります。

「あたらしいのに懐かしい！」

「びっくりおいしい！」

と誰もが驚嘆する

はじめてなのに心の奥が懐かしがる

包み込むような味わいの

料理たち、それが「つぶつぶ」。

“Tubu-Tubu” also means a fresh style for preparing healthy, delicious grain-based vegetarian food.

When scooping up Tubu-Tubu traditional grains with your hands,
you can feel their warmth and energy.

Tubu-Tubu grains eagerly absorb water.
And, when lifting the cooking lid, the steamy aroma envelops your face.
After gently dancing together in a simmering pan,
each grain puffs up nicely and shines.

When holding fresh vegetables in your hands,
you can feel the pulse of the earth.
The vegetables change shape in your hands as you cut and dice.
And, when you give one shake of salt that holds the energy of the ocean,
their various characters harmonize with each other
to create new flavors.

I am happy.
